Return Policy

It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In order to keep our customers happy, we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange. The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund or exchange:
  • Order shipped within 30 days
  • Customer must have a Return authorization number (RMA) to return/repair product, please contact customer service at 877-645-0299 for the return authorization number
  • The product is unused
  • The product is undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product returns complete with all accessories

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Returns:

Repackage product(s) in original box (include the “Return Instructions” sheet in the box). Ship back to the following address, prepaid, using the shipping company of your choice.

Please allow 4 weeks from receipt of merchandise for credit to be issued.

or in person at our Retail stores when available. In order to return an order, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact customer service at 877-645-0299. Items received without an RMA will not be refunded or returned. The refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges and Warranty:

If you wish to repair a product covered under the warranty period, you can only do so in-store. To exchange a product you must bring or send your merchandise into our store with a proof of purchase (invoice). To find your nearest store, please refer to the Contact American Comfort section in the top right corner of this page. There is a taxable mandatory return which covers the cost of shipping the item.

Warranty Repair:

In case of Repair within the warranty period, Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping back to us, then we fix/replace the unit and send it back to them at no charge.
